P. Diane McGehee

Diane McGehee received her J.D. Cum Laude from Harvard Law School in 1987 and has practiced law for over 17 years. She has extensive experience in litigation on both sides of the docket in a number of areas, including Complex Commercial Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Deceptive Trade Practices, Trade Secret and Patent Infringement Litigation, and Personal Injury.

Ms. McGehee has written and spoken on a variety of topics relating to civil litigation at conferences and seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. She is the co-author of Thomson/West's Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Annotated.

Ms. McGehee is admitted to practice before: the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas; all Texas State Courts; all Minnesota State Courts; and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Ms. McGehee is also a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Women Lawyers.
